Over zealous Spam filter

An amusing cautionary tale came to my notice the other day: A council had a new email system installed and after a couple of months they started to get complaints from residents that they were not responding to numerous request about planning applications, on investigation it appeared that the councils new but somewhat over zealous SPAM blocker had blocked any email with the word ‘erection’ in it!
